Parents are not supposed to pick favorites, but man, this one would definitely be in the running. Mr. Christopher is the silliest, most animated, hug-giving, fun-loving, now 6 year old I know. Need a hug? He’s your man. Need a compliment, again…look no farther. He’s thoughtful and kind and the best friend/buddy to all he meets. This year he tackled kindergarten head on and learned SO MUCH! COVID may have stolen having a regular birthday party and some end of school year activities, but he didn’t let it dampen his spirit.
Christopher loves Pokemon, cheese balls, and cheese popcorn. He is developing into a great little reader. One of his birthday presents this year was the whole Gerald and Piggy series by Mo Willems his current favorite. Christopher is DEFINITELY a lefty which we finally became certain of this year. Are left handed people messy eaters? Because Christopher is the messiest. He can spread a donut across a 6 foot radius better than anyone I know. 
He has a few best friends at school (Vanessa, Adamari, and Isaak) and a couple at daycare (Delilah and Fate). I’m not sure if he’ll keep this ratio of 4 girl friends for every 1 boy friend but for right now I guess he’s quite the ladies man. He missed his friends during quarantine and we managed to do video calls with a couple of them. Video calls between 6 years olds are adorable.
Thanks for being my buddy Christopher. Happiest of birthdays to you! I promise when this global pandemic ends we’re going to throw you that big party you were hoping for.
